These Terms of Service govern the use of the Orachi AI desktop application and the public Orachi AI website.
Purpose of the service
Orachi AI provides tools to help operators create, edit, review, and manually publish short-form video content. The application supports editorial workflows; it does not make independent publishing decisions on behalf of an operator.
Operator responsibility
The operator is responsible for the content submitted to the application, the social accounts connected to it, and each publishing decision confirmed through the application. The operator must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content and accounts used.
Connected platforms
Use of a supported social platform is also subject to that platform's own terms, policies, and technical requirements. Orachi AI does not control third-party platform availability, review decisions, or changes to their services.
Manual publication
External publication actions require an explicit human confirmation. The operator must verify the selected destination, content, and associated text before confirming an action.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to violate applicable law, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights. The operator must not attempt to circumvent a platform's authentication, review, or security controls.
Changes
Orachi AI may update these Terms when its service or applicable platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
