This Privacy Policy explains how Orachi AI handles information when an operator uses the Orachi AI desktop application and its supported account-connection features.
Information handled by Orachi AI
Orachi AI may handle information that an operator provides to create and review video content, including video files, captions, titles, descriptions, channel settings, and publishing decisions. The application may also handle account identifiers and authorization tokens that are returned by a social platform after the account owner completes that platform's official authorization flow.
Why information is used
Information is used only to operate the requested editorial workflow, review content, maintain the selected account connection, and perform a publication action when the operator explicitly confirms it. Orachi AI does not enable automatic publishing by default.
Social-platform connections
When an operator chooses to connect a supported social account, the operator is redirected to that platform's official authorization experience. Orachi AI requests only the access required for the approved feature. Connection credentials are not displayed publicly and are separated by account.
Storage and security
Editorial working data is processed in the operator's controlled environment. Sensitive connection material is stored using the application's protected local credential storage. Access is limited to the authorized operator and the selected workflow.
Sharing
Orachi AI does not sell personal information. Information is shared with a social platform only when required to carry out an operator-authorized connection or manual publishing action.
Retention and deletion
The operator controls local editorial data. An operator can remove local project data and disconnect a supported social account from the application. Audit records may be retained where needed for operational traceability.
